[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Office of the Secretary of State recently sent an official advisory regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Voting and Election Procedures to all County Chairs. As County Chair, I am also a member of the County Election Board and have been in contact with our County Elections Administrator Chris Davis to discuss this issue.
The county party is encouraging ANYONE who is concerned about the possibility of contracting COVID-19 while voting in person due to the inability to maintain proper social distancing to request a ballot by mail. The Primary Runoff in July is administered by the Williamson County Democratic Party.
Request your ballot by mail at https://www.wilco.org/Departments/Elections/Voting-By-Mail Choose the “disability” and “All Elections” option on your application. Please review your completed application to ensure you have provided all information requested and you have signed the form. In order to help our Elections Department adequately prepare for the influx of ballot by mail requests, please submit your application as soon as possible.
