The Four Statutory Committees that Convene at a Democratic Convention
There are four types of committees at the Democratic Conventions. They are the Credentials Committee, Nominations Committee, Resolutions Committee, and the Rules Committee. If you are interested in being a committee member, email the chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nominations Committee Meeting: Friday, March 23 at 6:00pm, Leander High School
Resolutions Committee Meeting: Friday, March 23 at 6:00pm, Leander High School
Descriptions of the Rules, Nominations and Credentials Committees can be found here.
A special note about the Resolutions Committee. It's purpose is to recommend to the body what resolutions the County or Senate District Convention should forward to the State Convention for consideration.
If you wish to submit a Resolution for review by the Committee, you will find instructions and the online form at this link
